I think it is rather a matter of interest

More than thinking that they don't have means of connecting to internet, I understand that not editing in kl.wiki is an issue of lacking interest, in contrast to Icelanders or Alaskans. You can see that many towns have a website and in en:Communications in Greenland that they have mobile and internet services (I think it's mainly due to the intercontinental internet cable conection passes through Nuuk or en:Narsarsuaq).
